Basement Tile Job

Owner had rug for many years and then got water in the basement for the 2nd time.  He decided to tile the basement without company so he wouldn't need to tear everything out again!  Now the family has a new tiled basement to enjoy!! They were ecstatic!

Step 1 - fixed the subfloor… Then we install hardwood engineered glue down floor… After we installed 24" x 24” tile in the kitchen… Finally, we refinished hardwood in three bedrooms and a family room.

First, we removed the rugs and baseboard.  After, we made improvements to the subfloor which was original concrete slab.  The key to a good solid vinyl install is a solid subfloor!  Finally, we installed the vinyl planks and the base molding and shoe molding! The customer was very happy with the final result!
