We just had our floors done by Floors by Val and Michael was great and knowledgeable; he helped us selct the right flooring for our lifestyle. His team finished our floors in one day granted we only had a little over 450soft but they were professional and the quality of their craftsmanship is amazing. If I had a bigger place I would definitely hire FloorsbyVal again. When I had a question /concern, he was quick to respond and clarify; he was also quick to rectify.
