Floors by Val completely transformed our new home! The hardwood floors were in rough shape when we moved in, but Mike and his team performed absolute miracles. What looked like a lost cause now looks like showroom-quality flooring — rich, smooth, and beautifully restored.

On top of that, they installed tile in our kitchen, and I have to say, the craftsmanship was flawless. Every tile was laid with precision, the grout lines are perfectly clean and consistent, and the whole space looks stunning.

He was incredibly thorough and made sure we felt confident and informed the entire way. His crew was punctual, clean, respectful, and highly professional. They treated our home with care and clearly take pride in their work.
